Messages sent on a business day are normally answered within one business day, and always within two. Weekend and holiday messages are answered on the next business day.
Company name, registered address and contact email are printed in the footer of every page, along with the payment methods we accept. Please use email rather than post for anything about an order — returned parcels and letters go to different places.
Wholesale is not something we do at present. Journalists and reviewers are welcome to write with a deadline and a request; we can usually supply specifications and images quickly.
Include your order number, the item concerned, and what you would like us to do. Add which item the message is about if there is more than one on the order, and tell us what outcome you are hoping for — most enquiries are settled in the first reply when the ask is explicit.
Where something has arrived damaged, send a wide shot and a close-up, plus a picture of the outer packaging if it was clearly mishandled. A photograph of the packaging helps if the parcel was crushed, and the carrier's label helps if the box was opened in transit.

Weekend and public-holiday messages are answered on the next business day, and nothing is left sitting unanswered over a long weekend without an acknowledgement.
Send a follow-up in the same thread and it reaches whoever already has your details. If two business days pass without an answer, assume something went wrong on our side rather than yours and nudge us — it is rare, and we would rather be told.
Our registered address is in the footer and is fine for formal correspondence, but please do not post returns there: returned parcels go to a different location and a letter will not reach the warehouse. For anything about an order, email gets a faster answer.
Journalists and reviewers are welcome to write with an outlet, a deadline and what you need. We can usually supply specifications and product images quickly. We do not run affiliate or wholesale programmes at present, so there is nothing to sign up for.
