This policy explains what personal information we hold when you shop with us, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We hold two kinds of information: what you tell us (name, address, email, order notes) and what the site records automatically (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). The first is required to send you anything; the second is used in aggregate to see which listings people actually read.
Order details are used to pick, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you if something about it needs confirming. Marketing email is only sent to people who asked for it, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Cookies here do three jobs: keeping your cart contents while you browse, recording your cookie preference so the banner does not reappear, and measuring which pages are visited. None of them build an advertising profile, and blocking them in your browser will not prevent checkout from working.
We share the minimum necessary with the companies that make an order happen — payment processing, delivery and transactional email. Card numbers are entered on the payment provider's own interface and never reach our servers, so we could not store them if we wanted to.
Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted. You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to delete anything that is not part of a required record. Write to the address in the footer and we will answer within a few business days.
You can ask for a copy of your personal data at any time and we will provide it in a readable form. If something is wrong — a misspelled street, an address you have moved from — tell us and we will correct it. There is no charge for a first request, and you do not need an account to make one — the order number from a confirmation email is enough for us to find you.
Where nothing obliges us to keep a record, we delete it on request. Where an accounting rule applies, we explain which part must stay and for how long, then remove everything else. Unsubscribing from the newsletter never affects an order already placed.
Nothing automated decides what you are offered or what you pay. Fraud screening may pause a payment for review, but a person looks at it before an order is cancelled, and you can always ask us why a decision was made.
Because we ship internationally, your delivery details may be processed outside your own country by the carrier handling the parcel. That transfer is limited to the address and contact details the carrier needs to complete the delivery, and nothing else travels with it.
Our products are sold to adults, and we do not ask for or knowingly keep information about children. If you think a minor has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them without argument.
This page is the current statement of what we do. We do not apply a new policy to an order that was placed under the old one.
Use the contact address printed in the footer for anything to do with your data. Replies come from someone who can see your order history, so you do not have to explain the situation twice.
